A series of talks for Lent with various speakers and topics.  Each talk will be on a Tuesday evening at 7.30pm.  The dates, topics and speakers are:

  • Tuesday 16th February: The Environment – Fr Sean McDonagh, Columban priest and author of books on the environment
  • Tuesday 23rd February: The Influence of the Media – Breda O’Brien, teacher and journalist.
  • Tuesday 1st March: Politics and Morality – Senator Ronan Mullen, member of the Iona Institute
  • Tuesday 8th March: The Homeless/Refugees – Sr Breege Keenan DC, social worker with Crosscare
  • Tuesday 15th March: The Reasonableness of Faith – John Waters, journalist and author
